08:00 · A DAY IN THE PRACTICE
Quiet when you do not need it. Ready when you do.
One practice, one ordinary day, and the moments where EDGEALERT does its job.
Play runs the day from 08:02 to 17:45, about 40 seconds, with Pause and Skip controls. Scrolling or pressing a key stops it.

PCs start. EDGEALERT is already there.
It starts with Windows and uses the Windows sign-in. It already knows which practice it is in; staff confirm their room once, and fixed PCs remember it.

The clinician double-clicks the red button that floats on their desktop. Every colleague on site sees the alert, the name and the room. Two colleagues press Respond, and the clinician can see who is responding. When it is over, Stop ends the alert for everyone and it is logged.

EVERY PRACTICE IN THE NETWORK
The same day, in every practice you support.
Branch sites and shared rooms are supported as standard. EDGEALERT installs on locked-down NHS machines, and updates never interrupt an alert.
